Education and Bio

I was born in Italy in 1963 and I have been living in Munich (Germany) since 1999.

In 1985 I completed my graphic arts diploma at the „Istituto Europeo di Design“ in Milan, Italy.

Until 1995 I worked as art director in one of the largest Italian advertising groups called BGS, in Milan.

Until 2007 I took care of my two daughters and I cultivated my real passion: Art.

In 2008 I started the project “Narture” (http://www.narture.de) because I believe that nowadays our close link to nature is not considered as it should be.

Aim of Narture is to make people understand that our nature is in danger. We must realise that every day we jeopardise the delicate equilibrium of nature as a consequence of uncontrolled pollution. This concept characterises all my 3D-collections: Legami, Dolore, Forza.

Inspiration

I draw my inspiration from nature. In my artworks I include natural elements (leaves, wood, flowers, algae), symbols of pollution (plastic, nails, gauze) and the red colour to disclose the suffering of nature.

Our interlacing with nature is shown by thread-like structures, either very tight or broken (yarns, twines, ropes). However, I believe very much in the force and reaction power of nature: the heart and the white colour represent both cleanliness and renovation.
